With the world increasingly becoming a global marketplace, public expectations in respect of corporate social responsibility (CSR) have risen significantly. This is why the importance of CSR is growing, especially for stakeholder communications.
Johanssen + Kretschmer has specialised for years in the challenges thrown up by the interfaces between companies, big business, society and politics: over this time it has provided advice on CSR to politicians, businesses and NGOs. For a company’s CSR to be credible, it needs to closely link three elements to its core business: dealing seriously with society’s expectations, integrating sustainability principles into the value chain and a sustainable commitment to society. In other words, a company’s responsibility to society cannot merely be manifested through short-term promotions designed to boost its image, but has to shape its entire attitude and serve as a common thread through everything it does. That is why CSR initiatives should always be driven by strategy and be part of the company’s overall communications plan.
We provide consultancy services on all aspects of CSR: from structured analysis of existing initiatives to the development of CSR strategies and projects, and the implementation of concrete CSR campaigns. We design and execute the entire spectrum of CSR communications, including classical project and CSR corporate communications, as well as stakeholder dialogues and events involving emotional features. In doing so, we use products developed in-house, such as the CSR audit. Our CSR coaching courses and CSR basic seminars support management in their CSR work.
