CSR coaching and basic seminars

Our CSR coaching courses are designed for managers who have recently taken on responsibility for corporate social responsibility issues, or who would like to involve themselves more intensively in current discussions relating to CSR.

To enable them to quickly and effectively understand the key issues and positions, we support them by attending meetings to discuss CSR on a regular basis. At these meetings, topical developments in CSR, as well as in the surrounding industry environment are presented and discussed, and questions defined by the client are addressed. Afterwards, we immediately summarise the most important results in a confidential CSR Policy Paper.

In addition to coaching, Johanssen + Kretschmer offers tailored basics seminars for management and CSR teams in companies and organisations. Not only do these include an introduction to the fundamental elements of CSR, they also provide an overview of the key players and their positions.
