Management Advisory

Regardless of the size of their company or organisation, today’s managers simply have to accept that success in business and their room to manoeuvre largely depend on their relationship with their stakeholders and on stakeholder opinion – and that both these factors are subject to constant change from external influences. The growing significance of society in business dealings demands flexibility and a willingness at least to consider matters from other points of view, but frequently also to adapt the way managers act, both rapidly and in a strategically correct manner.

As part of J + K, Management Advisory gives individual advice to representatives of upper management in companies and organisations on structuring and management issues at the interface with public awareness: as professional experts with experience of life, J + K Senior Management Advisors offer one-to-one advice on establishing or reforming organisational and management structures, such as crisis and issues management systems, and on change processes (e.g. with organising a CSR team, building up personnel structures or defining the prerequisites for new positioning) as well as personally direct advice to managers on stakeholder issues and crisis situations.  In addition, the Senior Management Advisors can step in on an interim basis when a client’s corporate communications break down. They can act as the client’s spokesperson, taking over the communications function at the client’s office.
