What awaits you specifically when you visit us?
Our selection process at recruitment days is made up of seven parts:
These are like the traditional job interview. What we want to find out about is you, your background and your professional goals and wishes.
Length: 30 minutes (or 2 x 30 minutes)
In this conversation, the first technical questions about working in communications will be discussed with you. During the conversation, we will be looking to gain a first impression of how you think strategically.
Length: 30 minutes
You will be given a case study. You can find an example here. You will need to solve the case by carefully selecting assistance and developing a written strategic communications approach.
Length: 2 hours
Together with our consultants, you will discuss your concept with the team.
Length: 30 minutes
You will briefly present your case study to the client. The case study will then be discussed, with the asking of technical questions.
Length: 30 minutes
As a final task, you will produce for us either a piece of written work or develop a project structure plan.
Length: 90 minutes
We will offer to give you extensive feedback on our impression of you at our recruitment day. In return, we will also be interested to hear what you thought of the day.
What do you need to bring with you?
Ultimately, just a positive attitude and an interest in being challenged for a few hours.
If we invite you from outside Berlin, we will contribute to your travel costs by Deutsche Bahn (2nd class) and the cost of a hotel stay, if necessary. Naturally, there will be a break, in which we will offer you a snack.
